Sales Manager

BullZIGA is rapidly expanding to the following regions and is hiring local country managers that will be in charge of all sales activities in the following regions:

  • USA – West Coast / Orange County
  • USA – East Coast / New York
  • EU – France, Netherlands, Germany
  • APAC – Japan, China

The sales manager should be a sales wo/man by essence, hunter by nature, with software related experience and that is not afraid to talk to people.

Main responsibilities:

  • Create and manage your prospect/target list.
  • Generate sales, upsells and cross-sells and reach to and beyond your quarterly goals.

You will also need to:

  • Identify opportunities and create a pipeline through demand generation and targeted campaigns.
  • Be responsible for all upsell, renewal, and increase activities following the initial sale.
  • Maintain lead records and activities using internal CRM.
  • Maximize all opportunities (by hitting Cross Sell targets) in the process of closing a sale.
  • Proactively Grow your prospect clients portfolio, active client portfolio, and per-client product portfolio.
  • Be responsible for achieving revenue based sales quotas in your assigned region

Job Requirements:

  • Be a native speaker of your local region’s language.
  • 2-4 Years relevant & demonstrable solution sales experience required
  • Experience of working in a competitive, target driven sales environment required
  • Deep understanding of technology, online marketing and advertising
  • Experience using technology within the workplace, excellent proficiency using Microsoft office & related
  • applications required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

Web Developer

The web developer will be in charge of all web development efforts and assets, admin panel development and front-end web application/services planning.
Must have extensive and proven experience, be creative, think out-of-the-box and be able to prosper in a fast-moving start-up environment

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of web development, using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, ASP.Net, C#, and T-SQL preferred.
  • Proven .NET experience as well as a solid understanding of Object Oriented Design and Programming.
  • A solid understanding of web application development processes, from the layout/user interface to relational database structures.

Software Developer

  • We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Software Developer to join our software development team.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven professional experience and profound knowledge of DOT NET / C# / C++ – a must!
  • Must be a team player- a must!
  • Experience in GUI design and/or implementation of pre-made design onto new code- a must!
  • MySQL, JBoss, AJAX, JAXB, XML schema, RDF, SPARQL, Java Script, PHP, Python
  • Experience of development for and testing on Windows and Mac OS X operating systems
  • Understanding of software life-cycle and development methodologies

Media Buyer / Affiliate Manager

The ideal candidate will have a proven record of effectively negotiating and closing new publisher/affiliate relationships while managing, maintaining and maximizing existing accounts. Shieldapps is currently advertising in 100+ countries and specializes in security and privacy software products and monetization.
The media buyer/affiliate manager will be measured by the growing number of newly generated accounts he/she brought in as well as the revenues generated by his/her portfolio.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in managing advertising campaigns / display media buy or sell.
  • Experience in managing publishers/affiliates.
  • High level analytic skills and ability to grow and reach ROI goal.
  • Campaign development and performance analysis capabilities.
  • Proven success managing advertising budgets to meet ROI goals.
  • Knowledge of web site conversion metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CPI, CPA…)
  • knowledge of all common online lead generation programs, including: PPC, e-mail, display, CPA and other online media opportunities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Must be a “hunter” by nature.
  • Strong communication, follow through, attention to detail, problem solving skills.
  • Ad network background is a huge plus.
